Wow what a fun trip! although the drive was ridiculously long it was well worth it! We stopped in Primm, NV just outside Vegas, and sent a day shopping and swimming! We traveled the rest of the way to San Diego on Sunday. We got to our campsite and had a bit of confusion with the reservation....lets just say we unpacked, packed and unpacked again....! We mostly spent the afternoons on the beach, playing in the sand, bogey boarding and sun bathing!! Tayli wasn't quite sure about the water the first couple days, so i filled her little wagon up with water and she played in that! but after a couple days i couldn't stop her from running into the water. We walked on the beach collecting shells and tayli would run out into the water with all her clothes on...silly girl! I tried bogey boarding and really had fun! although i was a little scared of what was swimming with me i was fine as long as someone was out there with me! One day dolphins came up really close to us and played in the waves that we were bogey boarding in!!! it was crazy!! We went to the San Diego zoo on friday and say lots of fun animals! Tayli got to see the pandas and since she loves Kung Fu Panda she was super excited!! Eric didn't get to be there the whole time but i think he had fun while he was there! It was so relaxing just being on the beach and not really having a plan! The weather was beautiful, not hot, just right! I am just so grateful we have gotten to do such fun things with Tayli!!
